Shipping Policy

We dispatch most of our parcels via Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD courier and most of them are tracked and signed for.

 

The tracking information will sent to you via email once your order gets dispatched. (Please note: we do not send small items via tracked service unless you selected at checkout)

 

It is buyer’s responsibility to provide correct address, in an unlikely event if Buyer provides wrong or incomplete address/information then buyer is responsible to pay additional costs. We only re-send product once we receive the original item back.

 

 

Delivery Time Scale:

Normal Delivery UK = 2 to 3 working days

Expedited Delivery UK = Next Day

International Delivery: Normally 3 to 5 days and also it depends on which country you are buying from. (The expected date will be shown at checkout.

 

Please Note: We do not dispatch orders on weekends and bank holidays, our Cut-Off time is 2pm GMT. Orders after 02pm may not dispatched on same day. We will not be responsible for delay which is beyond our exercisable control. No liability will be accepted for 3rd party actions causing delays such as adverse weather conditions, postal strikes any other unforeseen reason beyond our normal control.

 

Customs and import charges

Custom and Import duty charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (both retail & Wholesale customer). As these charges are vary widely from country to country, we cannot give you any estimate. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you place an order.
